Gartner Fund – Child Medical Assistance
This unique fund is part of the Family Health and Wellness Foundation Funds (formerly Trios Foundation).
The Gartner Fund grants medical assistance to qualified children based on the following eligibility requirements:
Under 12 years of age
Has never before received any aid from the Gartner – Child Assistance Fund
Has a reasonable possibility of recovery
Has a documented illness or injury that is not terminal
Has a reasonable possibility of having an improved live due to the medical treatment
Has a documented financial need
Resides in Benton or Franklin county
The application must be submitted by a medical professional to receive pre-authorization.
The funding will be sent to the medical office providing services. Please see the application for details.
